<font size="2" face="Verdana, Helvetica, sans-serif">While it may be true that the victims did not have the option of appeals how does that apply with regard to the appeals process or the "wisdom" thereof? How exactly is it unwise?While I understand the arguments against the death penalty, I have to question the "wisdom" of keeping a convicted killer alive for years and years. The victims didn't have that option.
A question to everyone: Is there a maximum number of times someone can appeal a death sentence or is it determined by other criteria?
